Need help with emblem...

I'm looking at picking up some wheels from CL and I don't know what this emblem stands for... Any ideas?

Ya but what brand... He said they are Enkei but that's not there logo; at least not currently. It's no big deal but that logo seems familiar I just can't pinpoint it.
