I need help with creating a housing for my CAI also I need to put a tube in place that puts the cold air from the lower grill to the filter. the problem I am having is that iwth the way the LSE front bumper is I cant seem to get any tube down there. since others have done it with an LSE I was hoping for some pointers.

thanks

Once you take out the airbox, the biggest tube you can queeze through the hole under the airbox to get to the front bumper is 3". Once the tube is down there, you have plenty of clearance down there. You will have to cut away some of the plastic housing on the drivers lower side of the radiator if you want to put the tube in your front grill. Thats how I have it on my LSE bumper. You have to look cloe but the filter is there in the picture on the drivers side lower grill.

Do you have any pictures on what to cut? can I break anything by cutting a little rubber on the radiator?

No close up picture of what to cut sorry. There is a plastic shield around the radiator on the bottom that just needs to be cut away, no harm done. You basically cut away as much as you need to squeeze a tube or cone filter through to the front bumper area. Its easier than it sounds.

cool. then I am guessing i should put some sort of shield on the front of the tube so leaves cant get in it. thanks for the help I should get started on this today

thanks
