need help removing chrome trim off front bumper 00' LS

hey i am trying to remove the chrome trim off the front bumper it seems its stuck on some how.. i need ot remove it asap so i can finish sanding my bumper, can anyone help me out on removing it? thanks!

Well, I took the back bumper chrome off and it was held in by about 4 clips and 2 big pieces of double sided tape. You need to work at it pretty intensively if you dont wanna snap the clips like I did. Not to mention after you get it off there will be 4 holes in the bumper where the clips went in. Maybe this will help. But on the rear there werent any bolts so Im guessing the front is the same.

take the bumper off and there are plastic clips on it just be really easy with them bc they brake easy

once the chrome trim is removed, will it go back on as easy or will it need to have new double sided tape (assuming no tabs are broken)

prob double sided tape. without taking the bumper off i found it impossible to remove without damaging theclips and trim.. i had new chrome trim piece waiting so no worries and used double sided tape and rtv adhesive
