Need help identifying busted hose?

Hello guys! New to this section, but not the site. I am over on the Mark VIII side, but my dad has an LS with the V6. Anyhow, I was traveling today, and heard a ding sound, and noticed the temp went all the way up. Immediately pulled over and shut the car off, and after inspection, it's the hose coming off the engine block, and goes onto the top of the water pump. Looks like a 90 degree hose alomost, but I can't find it? I mean the part stores probably have it, but the ones I looked at earlier, just didn't look the same. Any help is appreciated!

That would be the upper radiator hose.

Is it the cut to fit one? It also has plastic on it, if that helps any. It's pretty short. You have the one coming off the block, and into the T. Then you have the one under that one, that goes to the top of the water pump. Just clarifying.
