15 in town doesn't really sound all that bad. My around town driving is usually 15 to 17 depending on temperature, colder temps are lower mileage. My driving to and from work is 19 to 21. Again, colder temps are lower mpg. To and from work is about 1/3 city driving and 2/3 back roads. My highway mpg is usually 24 to 26. Hit 27 once I think. I have an '03 V8 sport so I'm pretty pleased with it. all I have done is put a K&N filter in the factory air box.
