I need all new balljoints. I bought the lower control arm (because they are pressed into the control arm and cant be purchased any other way). Now I am trying to find the upper balljoints for both the left and right sides. The upper balljoints arent pressed in, they have a nut on one end so Im assuming they can be removed. Where can I get these without having the get the whole UPPER control arm??? Thanks!!

Well I managed to get the Lower control arms (which have the lower ball joints already pressed in them) for a pretty good price. I got them for $50 each!
One would figure that if you can get the "pressed" lower ball joints without buying the control arm, then it should be easy to get the upper one that merely screws one
but there is no replacement part from the dealership nor any auto part store.
I was told by the dealership, and a local mechanic shop (had to get a second opinion) that I needed both upper and lower ball joints on both the left and right side... just bad luck I guess

Ok, I am having this issue as well. Where can I find upper control arm ball joints? Mine are shot and are causing a shimmy in the steering wheel. Any ideas?
