I am looking for rotors and pad on all 4 corners.

I saw the GB in anothers post. My wife was concerned with the price since she did her own research.

Anyway, does anyone have any advice on parts, which work best on a budget?

Looking to do my brakes this weekend or I will be stuck with an old hyundai until I get parts... HELP!

R1 concepts for rotors and brake pads...try going for ceramic :-D

Can you provide links to your wife's searches?

That group buy is honestly a steal!

This is almost as much a relationship question as it is an LS question. You could always go to a dealer and get overpriced OEM, or you could go down to Autozone, Pep boys, Advance / whatever and get what they are peddling. Will it be as good as other stuff? No, but it will work. And, if it keeps the wife happy that might be good enough for you.

For my honest opinion it would require you posting pictures of your wife. :shifty:

OEM from one of our sponsors at a discount fair price. Brakes are something you don't want to scrimp on, OEM work very well.

Five Star Ford or Team Ford=====>

If you're looking to do them this weekend, that kinda rules out anything but local parts, no?

+1 so if you think the package deal is high the OEM from the dealer is going to be insane and like gcwimmer says I wouldnt skimp out on it by going to Autozone or others.

IMO if you want a deal you'll have to bite the bullet and drive the Hyundai, just dont let anyone see you driving it and your fne.:D

Hi,

I got a wicked deal on Ebay
I got cross drilled and painted disks with pads all around for 228$ Check out TuTu auto on Ebay.ca
My mechanic was amazed at the quality versus price. The pads were a little squeeky at first but quieted down after a week or so and the performance is no different than the original ones. I use it as a daily driver and I never push the car so I can't give you details about performance.....but they really look hot. I got the black ones and after the winter the disks are starting to rust a little but I think I could steel brush them and give them a shot of paint before it gets out of hand.
