Need advice

So a guy's car rolled into the back of my LS yesterday and I need advice. I have all the guy's info, plus hit and run coverage worse case scenario. But I'm wonder what you guys think would be the best way to handle this repair wise. Someone suggested I get a new bumper all together and it would probably be cheaper than painting it.

I had similar damage to mine a couple of months ago... they were just going to paint it for around $550 but they got it in the shop and decided it needed a new bumper so the final was ~ $1150. Mine got hit right on the corner though and looks like it had more impact than yours. Just take it to your preferred shop and let his insurance company foot the bill + give you a rental.

Looks superficial. Let his insurance company deal with it. His insurance also owes you a rental while your car is out of commission.

Yeah it doesn't feel like there is any real damage done. The car rolled back pretty slowly into mine. Saw the whole thing happen.
