Need a new PCM for my 96 what will fit?

like the title says i need a new pcm from my 96 mark 8 the label says it is a EBP2 idk what that means there is a pcm from a 95 and my local junkyard DZA1. will this pcm work in my mark? and if not which one will?

yeah, im pretty sure that its one of those "special" 96 only pieces...you could try one from a jy if its cheap enough, i dont personally own a 96 ( nor would i ever) because there are a few pieces for them that once they go bad... its a scrap car

i could be wrong about that certain part, so ill let someone else chime in

Sapps right. 96 only will work. That is one reason I would never own a 96 unless it was black on black and an LSC and I had an extra VCRM and PCM. Search out some junkyards, you might get lucky. Not so hard to come by, just expensive and a little harder to find than the 93-95

just found a 1996 parts car today if you want i will give you his # just pm me I have dibs on the f+r bumpers and headlights. going to get them this weekend if it turns out to be an lsc
