Sorry to bump an older thread, but I think I may have this same problem. On all temperatures, my AC just blows hot air. Is this the same problem you had lincoln00? Did the DCCV fix it??

From reading this board, and my own experience with my 04, I would stay that this is the typical symptom on the DCCV. It could also be the control head or the wiring to the DCCV, but it is most likely the DCCV. (If it blows hot air even when you set the climate control to 60, then that eliminates several sensors as being the problem.)
