Can i replace my 6 disc radio with a factory navigation i bought from ebay, the dealership it would cost about 3000, i think they are full of it. i have a 2003 v-6 premium the only thing its missing is the v-8 and navigation

You shoulda searched here first and saved yourself some money on buying a stock navigation unit.

In short, it's way more trouble and money than just buying an aftermarket unit as the necessary cabling isn't already in your car and is a major PITA to use a stock navi unit.
