So this winter I set out to kind of revive one of my model car projects. It's the 1/8th scale Revelle/Monogram "Big Deuce" 1932 Ford. I put a Jag straight six from a Revelle/Monogram 1/8th scale 65 Jag XKE, the front and rear suspension were from TDR they make 1/8th scale aftermarket model kit parts.

Model Cars

Nice job. I have been trying to put together 1/25 models of all my past cars. I have an extra 32 chevy grill shell to use for a display. I painted it the same as my roadster. It is hard find some of the cars I had. It is also hard to find time.:)

thats awesome
I wish sometimes i was still into model cars but you know time and money.
Went to a couple of shows to see what people do these days and its amazing.

I spent over $100 on the front and rear suspension, and finding some one with a spare 1/8 Jag straight six laying around was a pain. Now I'm doing a 1/12 scale Cobra 427. Keep clicking there should be more cars that I've don on that flickr website

Looks great, but you'll never keep that Jag 6 running right... :D
