My stumbling problem

I have found my 96 miss fires on #4 back passenger plug, I pull the plug and can see the brown streak down the plug. I changed the wire and the plug, and little while later starts stumbing going up hills in OD Do you all think I should change my coils? My car has 2 start all over new coils, wires, and plugs?

If so can someone fill me in on the best to get and of course were to get them at the best price.

Oh cant post my cars pictures files are to beg I have a black on black Mark with the stock bling bling rims
Stock air system works fine, Headlights been redone (before I got it)

yes has the deep boot on the wires, even put of ton of spark plug anti spark cream on them on the reinstall

93-96 cars do not have cops, they have traditional wires.

97-98 have cops.
