It is fairly common knowledge, at least with us older Ford fans, that the "69, & '70 Boss 302's were actually putting out more like 390HP. At least according to everything I have ever read.

Ford sandbagged their HP ratings allot, along with GM, and Mopar. The 302 in the '69 Camaro Z/28 was way under rated, as well.

Remember, this was a Mustang model put out specifically for Trans-Am racing.

HID's kind of annoy me when I'm driving and I see blueish lights in my rearview. So I dont want to put that on anyone else, the only benefit I really see of them is that no cops around here have them, so you'd be letting people know you're not a cop.

real HID's shouldn't be blue at all, and shouldn't blind anybody, only aftermarket ones where people go a little crazy with the color temp are blue or purple. and there is no substitution for being able to see EVERYTHING at night

, well that was more of a stab at back when fuel prices went crazy back in the day and the manufactures started watering everything down and there where a few mid 200hp abominations that where put out

my favorite pony's are the 03-04 terminators (the 5.4 cobra R wasn't too bad either), and will probably be replaced by the new Boss

i also cant wait to see what kind of numbers come out after Roush throws a blower on these cars (it should definitely make Shelby crank up the volume to at least 11)
