My right side mirror deciedes it wants to go down, and stay down, when I put it in gear, I have the reverse mirrior setting off and it still does it

My Conti used to do that, and I would have to reset it or just push the driver setting 1 everytime. Also I found by putting it in R then D it would correct itself. Do not know why it did that though.

and sometimes it will forget to go down, then when i put in gear it thinks it needs to go up so then i'm looking at the sky
