haha yup, you know its a sweet car when it looks good standing there all beat up

well we got it for 3,550

yea i think we got a pretty good deal. The price won it for was the highest we were gonna go because we didn't want to risk it since they weren't showing the mileage, i guess thats why it went for so low because people were scared of it being like 200. But we charged it up today and were surprised to see only 37k!! Which is great considering the year and price.

The damage aint that bad, seams to be an easy fixer. Good luck with it.

Great deal. Since the exhaust is messed up anyway, you might as well put the Magnaflow on it!:D

Yup its not gonna be cheap.
And yea the magnaflow was what I was thinkin of puttin on there, but unfortunatley i don't know anything about exhaust. I defineatly want it to have a nice loud sound, but not TOOO loud.

What do you guys suggest?
Are there any sites with sound clips or something?

thanks

WOW thats gunna be a nice fixer but DAMNN thats a great deal for those miles and it looks to be all cosmetic damage so it should be a lot to fix but not 2 bad i mean new body kit exhaust a few other things....good luck with it..keep us informed on the progress

Looks to me from the pictures like the airbags were deployed...i think this will be a little more expensive to fix then you might think. either way good luck. keep us posted.

yup i know airbags are expensive as hell, but my dad is a mechanic at lincoln so he can get a discount on a lot of the parts, either way still gonna cost a lot.

i'll definately keeps you guys posted on the progress...

WOW ur 1 luckky guy thats great its still gunna cost u big but atleast u will save on car parts and labor

I've always wanted to buy a wrecked car and repair/ mod it. It seams like the best way to go when you already plan on replacing a lot of stuff anyways.

Here's a link to one of my threads with some pics and a video...

Just did the exhaust last weekend. After having a 12 second LSC that was loud as hell, this exhaust is exactly what I was looking for - has a little "somethin somethin", but it's not unbearable to where you can't have a conversation in the car.

:Beer

Damn that sounds perfect!
Very nice sound, thats just the kind of sound i had in mind.

Is this what you have on there?

Thanks.

Did you miss the pictures in the thread? It looks nothing like that Magnaflow kit lol I ordered the mid-muffler, other two mufflers and the tips and my bud Nick bent some pipe and welded it up for me. Can't see payin' 5 bills for exhaust when I know people that do it :D

haha yea i just went straight to the video clip.
What i meant was if i get that kit, will it sound like yours?
