Well get the text message this morning after buddy only owned the car since last week of January this car was so clean but not anymore wish I would have snapped a pic of the right rear inner trunk and under neath the bumper when it was off but I can tell ya one thing car is pushed over to the drivers side were gonna cut the smashed section of quarter panel off my parts car but it will never be the same

A real shame the car was real nice and I did a ass load of work while I had it apart for the engine swap but atleast I got a good buck for the car sad to see it's demise though buddy is gonna keep driving it as he has no other choice and me and his brother who has the 97 lsc are gonna help him piece the puzzle back together even though. The trunk will never line up again

We just quickly banged it back a bit just to get a taillight in it until we have some real time next weekend to actually cut and replace the small section

Looks as if the B pillar is crumbled where the quarter panel and the rear window seam is. Is it damaged at the door seam too where the stricker is?

Ya it's got a dent about halfway between door and wheel well gonna pull the rear speaker out and try to pop it out as well

Kinda funny as I was just thinking when I sold my 93 black on black in sept 2010 it suffered a similar fate from its new owner but the left front was damaged but it wasn't structural it was just cosmetic fender crack on hood and corner light

This was way worse hydroplaned it at 60mph spun out and hit cement barrier

Problem with Marks though is when the rear gets hit, it usually causes that horizontal crease in the fender either right on top of the wheel well or in front of it and they are a PITA to try and push or pull out without still seeing the crease at multiple visual angles.

Ya there is a crease now but either way better then the big dent he's come to terms that his car is as good as f***ed he's come to terms with it gonna fix up cosmetically best as possible and he's just gonna drive it into the ground or try to flip it which will be hard but what a waste of a lot of good new parts

my first option would be to put all the good parts into another mark.
Second take it to a good frame shop it can be fixed i have seen much worse fixed.
