Motorola RF connector

The motorola connector for my HU makes the double din stick out a about a centimeter on the right hand side. (it's aftermarket HU)

What I need is a right angle flat motorola connector. Where the connector comes out I need the cable to be flat for about and inch before connecting to the rg59 cable in the car.

Is there such a thing made out there or do I need to make it myself.
