More Plastic Cooling System Component Solutions?

Thanks for the reply Reaper. I am also using the aluminum cooling system parts. I had mine black anodized, which cosmetically turned out to be a C grade. The cast stuff turned out gray, more like the hard coat process. I was fine with it though because my first priority was protecting the Chinacast. I haven't installed the t-stat housing yet because I wasn't sure if the aluminum one would allow me to bleed the system. I guess you have answered that and I will install it. So far, so good on the other parts thus far.
