Ok, the car is not lowered yet, but this last week I put in a new Pioneer Avic N2 DVD navigation unit (thanks to my friend), got my bumper repainted and had my front lightning buffed out to like new condition.

Here are some pictures. The car is not very clean (2 day old wash). It has 133400 miles.

P.S. springs are coming soon. Also a new license plate.

The Jag wheels look nice. Post a plain side shot, so we can see the wheels! You've gone nuts with the 3/4 perspective view photos
 
Damn Artur, you still got it. Those headlights look mint, I know there are kits for polishers for ~ $50 to do that. Wheels look awesome as well.

Oh yeah... pick a new spot to take pictures, your making a dent in that curb. :p

My friend at the body shop painted the bumper and polished the headlights/foglights for free for me. I just paid for the paint $50. I took of the bumper and installed it back myself (just because I don't trust anybody else, even him).

I know I need to find a different spot, I was in a hurry to take these pictures as it was getting dark.

Also, did you guys notice that my trunk mounted lights don't light up? I removed the bulbs on purpose. It looks like the 03+ LS in the dark. Also, I didn't like the way they light up anyway.
 
Looks real good! Also how did you get the gps antenae to mount on the trunk since it is aluminum.

The new plate is coming soon, I ordered it already.

The antenna, I used a very think black double sided tape, so you can't see it. I tried with the regular white one before but it would sit way up high and you could see the white under it, it was ugly.

Im guessing you had 20's aka twinkies originally, and removed them?

If so..what happened?
 
The maximum I would go with the tailights is tinting them very lightly.

Yea, I had 20" D'vinci Tuscani wheels for 2 years, they were great, slowed down the car a bit and I was getting 16mpg, but they looked fine. Then one day I decided to sell my car and I quickly started getting rid of stuff. I sold my wheels and my super nice full chrome grill. Later after driving our Mercury Mystique for about 3 days I realized that I can't drive that car any longer. So I fixed my front suspension noises (sway bar) and ended up keeping the car.

I would put 20" chrome wheels again, but I also wanted to do something different to the car, make it in a different style. So I saw these jaguar staggered wheels on ebay and didn't think twice about buying them. Now I really like em, especially that fat look from the back (275/35/18 tire). Now all I need to do is to lower it.

It's probably the lighting..but has either your drivers side front or rear door been painted?
 
Yes, the front driver's door. It's my mistake, when the guy was painting the front door I didn't let him touch the rear one, he didn't blend em in, that's why you car see the difference. I hate it. But I guess later I'll have it repainted. I had a scratch on the front door, closed to the rear one, that's why it's repainted.

If you look at the picture where the car is with the chrome wheels, there the door is still original.

Actually in person you can't really see the difference, it's the camera that makes it abvious.

Nope, I didnt stutter...That color is the nicest color this car came in....Those back tires make the car, lowering it will tuck the tires right up where they should be...wish I had the $$$ to do the big wheel/tire thing

Gotcha. I had a similiar situation. Had a looong scratch on my passenger side front door. It literally was the only blemish on the entire exterior. Bodyshops (two) said if your fingernail catches in the scratch, it's gotta be repainted. No buffing or wetsanding will fix it. But i tried mild wetsanding a few times. Soak the area and sandpaper, keep the hose running over the area, then 2 light passes with 2000 grit sandpaper. Polishing compound, polish, wax. Wait a few days to examine it under various lighting conditions. Repeat process weeks later.

No change. Long story short, after giving it one final shot, it eventually got down through the clear coat, to the paint..and the scratch (very, very, thin scratch) was still there. But now there was a hazy surrounding that wouldnt come out.

Sooo..time for the respray. Since my car is usually garaged day and night and always polished/waxed, I knew my 5 year old paint was still in like new condition. Local shop said they'd have no problem matching it up. They did an excellent job..you can only tell that it's been repainted under very specific sunset type light, and only at a very specific angle. The shop didnt paint the entire door, just the midsection, then blended that in with the rest of the same door. So..where the doors meet and were the front door meets the fender, and all of the door frame..as well as all of the door beneath the moulding strip, are all original paint/still match up perfectly. And the gloss depth of the repainted area is 99% identical to the depth of the surrounding original factory paint.
