Missfring

Recently when I start my engine I will experience misfire, I have a aeroforce interceptor scan gauge and it reads around 10-20 misfires at start. It happens occasionally with no engine light or anything and the car runs fine a few seconds later. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks
