I had purchased the v-6 intake from kkm and have since changed my filter. the adapter was made to fit a 3" filter the only one I could find was made for a truck, it's abit longer than the original filter, so to the question, is it possible to have to big of an air filter? Just curious because I feel my acceleration has changed since changing the filter.
maybe a dumb question....

I already have the filter I am just wondering if the length is to long or if the filter is just to big. that was my question. If the size of the filter hinders perfomance. Like I said in my other post the new filter is just bigger. it has the same diameter and fits my adapter. I just want to know if it is a problem having to big of a filter.
