Master Light Switch

My master light switch icon popped up today any idea why???

It isn't the master light switch, it is the bulb warning. It is telling you that you have a burned out exteriur bulb. If you had the V8 then the message center would also tell you which bulb it is.

thanks, i checked the manual and found the answer. but i dont have the v8 so i had to walk around the car and find which bulb was out.
