You guys would be suprised if you'd see how big the american car culture is in Europe.
Here in Sweden (even in my town
) we have europes biggest car meet once a year with over 12 thousand american cars attending at the same place for a whole weekend (even more than that, wednesday to sunday). And every night there's cruising with the whole city totally packed with american cars where ever you turn. Imagine a city with around 140k residents being overrun by over 12 thousand american cars (12k is the counted number attending the swap meet, there's thousands who doesn't even go out to the swap meet during the day).

So no, that video is most likely taken at a normal american car meet which is basically every weekend during the summer somewhere in the country (doesnt matter if it's Sweden or Germany)
