I stumbled on an e bay post that had Mark 8 mandrel bent duals for sale minus the x and mufflers for $120.

mandrelexhaustsystems.com

They have Mark 8 and Tbird duals for sale.

Has anyone tried these yet? It seems if I brought these to my exhaust guy it would save a lot of time. Anyone deal with these guys ??

JOHN

The pics are of the system and if you buy Geno's x and mufflers, you'd be almost done.

better pic on e bay,, type in Mark Viii exhaust

Wow, their kit looks good especially the stainless steel mandrel bent piping... just get a Magnaflow stainless X pipe and you're good to go! And oh yea some mufflers if you feel the need lol...

Yea if I didn't already have an exhaust setup on my 98 LSC I would get that... and i'm keeping the 96 exhaust stock...

When I had the exhaust done on the grey 93 I spent $585 including 2 MF 40s and MF dual in/out cat.

With those pipes and a SuperCoupe X and muffs about $380 w/o shipping. Wish I could weld worth a :q:q:q:q.

I will be calling them tomorrow...should I spend the extra on SS....already have the X from Geno...and his mufflers

If there is a member who has this exhaust and it is as good as it looks I will buy with no hesitation when I do my exhaust this summer... that is a STELLAR price for 304 SS.

its the system I have, its not bad.....a little tight in the tunnel, but it works....and the price was unbeatable!!!! I'm doing the springs this weekend...I'll take some pics for yous and post them up...with the x pipe in place of the third cat i still needed about 12" of pipe to put in the middle...but it worked relatively well....i am pleased :)

why does it say it only fits 93-94 mark viii's???

Looks real clean ! Might be worth it since i have to cut mine down if i need to drop it.. then re-weld it.. pshhh...:(

WOW, I got my "custom" Mark VIII exhaust in 2003, guess how much they were then..... I could have had 5 of these! Do these fit Gen II's well? I could sport one of these on the wifes 98.

No :q:q:q:q... after adding up all the piping and mandrel bends and then welding supplies it would cost me about $1000 to build what they sell for $245!

i have the exhaust. its nice. all the bends in the right places.. just needs to sit a little lower.. sounds way better then the stock junk.
