Magnaflow mufflers

Anyone have the part number for the magnaflows for a 01 V8? I did a little searching, but I found conflicting posts about what size the exhaust pipes are on 01's.

A few have measured gen1s and came out with 2.25, gen2's are 2.25. I always thought gen1 were 2'' but it seemed kinda small to me. Either way. if you get a 2.25 in/out magnaflow and turns out you had 2'' pipes, a muffler shop can make it work.

I believe you'll find that ALL LSs have 2.25 inch exhaust pipes!

my LS had 2" OEM exhaust pipe and are build in 12/99

If you go to autoparts2020, they have a stock exhaust diagram.. It varies from place to place.. Off the manifolds is 2 then 2 1/4 then... idk.. can't remember.. I gotta be at work in a few hours.. I gotta get to bed! Damn LVC!

it depends where you check, as the pipe changes sizes in spots
