This past weekend I was visiting my dad's house. These are a couple of pictures in his house. He retired from NASA in 2005. This is the last project he worked on, Scramjet X-43

Very cool project to have your name on. What did he do there exactly? I wish the concord was still around, I would love to go at least mach 1.0 some time in my life. C-130H do fly that fast. :)

He was an aeronautical engineer/project manager. He was there from 1961 to 2005. It's a long list; moon landing, space shuttle(s), atmospheric pollution measuring equipment, for example. He met Chuck Yeager among other people a time or two I believe.

Wish I was that motivated to do something cool with my life
no kidding, when I was a kid I was busy skateboarding and partying while my dad was rebuilding engines; I finally got my act together and am learning how to work on cars...lol
