anybody ever thought of doing this in the ls ive been searching the internet and have found alot of threads on this and it seems pretty cool. most of them are even running internet off of these things its crazy and the price total is almost around what the price would be for a pioneer double din with 10xs the features

I thought about it also, some have installed the Ipad and it looks sweet. Like you said it's almost the same cost with DD with 10x but this is a "carputer" lol

most of these guys are running internet off of it using there phones as a hotspots. this is a really great mod for the money imo

Yeah 3G tethering is the way to go

yeah its a great clean install almost looks stock the ls would be perfect for something like this because of the double din radio you can fit a nice size screen prolly close to 8 inches
