Does anyone think that the Black background on the New Decal

Nothing that an Exacto knife won't cure.

well the new oness arent that bad.

actually im really just unsure about one thing about them.

Does anyone think that the Black background on the New Decal (here's the link --- http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/index.php?page=Store) is apart of the actual Decal? or Do you think that the Silver Letters peel off and the black background is just the paper its sticking too.
