LSE front bumper what type of lights?

Im looking at finally getting the LSE front cover for my 03 v8 and i was lookng into what type of fogs should i go with. the fogs that i have now are the stock yellow ones, but i like the look of having HIDS down below to match the stock HIDS for the headlights. what do you guys think, is it worth the extra cash or not? pics would be great as well.

aren't our fogs the same as our hi beams?, if not i thought i could wire some in. those look decent thou from the website photos. i just really don't like the color difference from my headlights to the fogs, i wanna cut down the contrast a bit.
 
Those Hoen bulbs are hid matched bulbs. If you're asking if the hi beam bulbs and fog bulbs are the same, they aren't. I think they are pretty similar but the hi beams do run at higher wattage. Only the lows are hids on stock hid headlights.I guess the perfect match would be just going with a hid kit. You can get a cheap one from ebay that will last you a good time.
 
right sorry,yeah my hi beams aren't HID. little late to be thinking i guess. Any recommendations from ebay?
 
The Factory HID are H11 and the LSE fogs are H11 as well. Someone double check me on that to be sure. I am running a set of HIDs in my fogs on the 2nd gen LSE bumper. Go to Sylvania.com and read the OEM bulb sizes.
 
Factory HID bulbs are for the lows are H11? I thought it was a D2R bulb?

Hey Pete, that second pic with the trees is awesome. Pic Whore! feature. I only remember putting Re-Pete on my ignore list and now #1FordFan from above is showing ignored. This is interesting.

Definately get high beam hid fogs you will like it. They are low to ground and will not blind people.

Yeah, I have #1fordfan ignored. He doesn't contribute anything, and ignoring him was my best way to not feed the troll. I guess he feels threatened by me.
 
I ordered h11s for th fogs and high beams. But apparently the highbeams are not h11. So I have a spare set of nokya 5000ks
 
Gen2s are H11 lows 9005 highs and LSE/06 have H11 fogs 03-05 non LSE are H10/9145 fogs. I found out about the fogs the hard way after ordering H10s off ebay and they don't fit.

Anyone want the H10s they are Nokya yellows PM. Just pay for shipping, I have no use for them.

I'll look and see if I have pics with the lights on. I have Hoen Xenomatch in the low and fogs and silverstars in the highs. I'll upgrade to HIDs eventually.
 
Yea I guess I shoulda got the 9005 bulbs for my highs. O well at least I'll have a spare set if the fogs ever go out
