LSE Bumper License Plate Bracket??

If seen some people here that have a 03+ LSE Front Bumper with either a Custom Bracket on the Lower Grille or a Regular Bracket. Any inputs on this?? since I want to put back my California License Plate that i had on my 01 Bumper...
