LSD differential... Success!

I beat on and maintain my cars quite well. I am not abusive, but I am a driver. Most of my friends and family think that I beat on my vehicles..... My wife too....

Well it's all good if your beating on her the right way..

I don't believe its something like the COPs. Maybe when you get in the 200+ range.. I have only seen a couple come across here with problems

After seeing inside of it, it looks pretty darn durable. As long as you keep up on the fluid changes every so often I'd think you'll be fine. The only reason i tore into mine was because of the failing bearing. But, you could always just drop an LSD into your existing differential too.

I'm loving this thread, I have an 06 LS so I'm guessing I have the 3.58 already but I want to upgrade to something lower like a 3.73 or 3.91 with an LSD is this at all possible. How hard would it be to swap in an 8.8 from a Stang, Explorer or MkVIII LSC

Many threads on it.. Your going to need a Mark VIII housing, Gen 1 axle shafts, custom brace, and modified driveshaft..
