I have an 02 LS V8 and the front end sounds horrible. I have seen other comments on the subject, so I know its not just me. But what exactly is it that needs to b replaced to make that front end noise disappear??

Mine is going to need a whole new strut. But, it all depends on what's wrong...
I've read a lot of other threads on this occurrence. You may just be chasing that noise for a while. What is the noise specifically? Clunking? Only over bumps? Only while turning? Which way? There are a number of things that can make noise in the suspension system. One guy even narrowed the noise in his front end to a bumper mount.
