LS Starter Removal

I am having trouble removing the starter. How many bolts are holding it in place? I have found only one, but I assume there is more.

There are three, one on the bottom and two on top if I can remember correctly. I installed a new one a year ago. Not the easiest to get too but you are able to reach them.

I assume you took it out from below. What type of extension did you have to use?
