LS Speed Question?

Whats the LS 0-60 and quarter mile times. I was reading up on them and couldnt find a definite answer.

Unless you want mediocre 0-60 time. Many out there much quicker but definitely a lotta turds out there.

car and driver listed the 03 v8 sport at 6.7 and 15.1.

Very true. Unless you put a bottle(as in nitrous) in the baby's(as in LS) mouth. Even a 50 shot would give the LS a boost and be extremely easy on an engine in good shape.

Or....having a custom torque converter built to make things a bit more fun. That is an option most never talk about here but is an option regardless.

Not a terribly expensive mod. Roughly about a $1000 for the work and labor to install.

If it's speed you're looking for, the best mod takes all of 5 minutes.

1. Jack up license plate
2. Remove 2-4 screws from license plate
3. Remove car
4. Install fast car of choice
5. Attach 2-4 screws for license plate
6. Lower car

So easy a caveman can do it.
