Hey everybody,

My company is moving me to AZ from MD. Does anyone know if the LS has factory tie down points?

I have heard some horror stories of bent / broken control arms, etc. and trying to make sure this doesn't happen.

Driving it is not an option, taking my truck and boat via roadtrip and some much needed relaxation after the last couple weeks.

You can always run the straps through the wheels. Who will be responsible for the transport, you or your company? If they are moving you they should be picking up the tab. Either way, unless you are doing the actual transport, the transporting company should be responsible for any damage.

Towing companies tie into the frame under the car. Most cars have round or elongated holes in the frame rails that a T-hook or a J-hook will attach to. As an alternative straps through going to all the wheels will hold the car fine. Check the tension after an hour or so into the trip.

Yes my co. is paying for the move. I am having the car transported by Rail to Tucson. Enclosed car carrier standard. Price is the same as the open truck guys.

Moving to Sierra Vista, AZ.

I was going to suggest through the wheels as well.
