Does the Cam Sensor have a red slider device to disconnect the electrical connector?
I believe that I have found the cam sensor on my 2000 LS V-8, but had trouble getting this red piece to disconnect and before I really tear into it I want to make sure this is the cam sensor.
The manual says to remove the wiper motor, but I think I can reach it without doing this if indeed I am looking at the correct part.
