nothing mechanically
- the LSE in 02 had a unique body kit (from CDC), floor mats, tail lamp badging, and blade grey wheels with chrome lip
- the LSE in 04 has a unique body kit, rear badging and all red tail lamps....

In addition the 02 had two different spoilers one was a flush mount and the other had a third brake light. For some reason Lincoln discontinued the spoiler as a standard option on the LSE in 02. However, the dealer had the option to add it for an additional charge. Additionally, the rear lip spoiler on the LSE is a standard option on the 2004 and 2005 LSE. The LSE will be the only available option for 2006 with new colors added.Quik LS said:
