lows and highs ?

I've had the info for over a year. Unfortunately, it makes no sense to me. I'm sure to someone who has at least basic wiring knowledge it would be helpful.

LOL its really simple once you get into it. I just did it on the wife's G5

You ain't gotta lie, Sully. You sold the LS and bought a G5, just come out and say it :p

But yeah, that's what I was thinking too. It's a lot easier for me to understand by doing it, not by reading about it.

the wiring is simple..... one wire taps into the hibeam wire and the one across from it goes to ground

one goes to the low beams and the other to the battery (or suitable power source)

We've got two different wireing solutions going on I think. We went from talking about how to wire the fogs so they stay on with all of the lights to how to correctly wire in a relay/harness for after market HID's. The diagram above works perfectly for making a harness with relays to power your HID's from a seperate power source but doesn't show how to make your fogs stay on while your brights are also on. (just for clarification) Its nice in my 2nd gen because of the lows staying on all the time no matter if the brights are on or not. no dead spots for me! However the list of parts further up is a nice list that will give you everything needed to make your harness so that your fogs stay on when you switch to your brights although its for a 2nd gen setup.

oh and 1loudLS, 98 eclipse with the 4g63, I was going to go with a 3000gt but the only one up by me had problems so I let 'er go.
