Lowering and fixing suspension questions

I have a 2003 sport with 100,000+ and nothing has ever been replaced on the suspension (as far as I know). I'm getting clunking and squeaking from somewhere at low speeds when going over uneven pavement. I have already brought the poly sway bar bushings as I'm sure mine are shot and I was planning on replacing shocks on all 4 corners since I'm sure they're due anyway.

I looked on Rockauto and they have:
MOTORCRAFT Part # ASH81

Anyone care to educate me on the "special suspension" or point me in the right direction?

Since I was planning on replacing the shocks, I was also planning on lowering with Eibachs while I'm at it. Will I need anything else other than the 4 shocks and 4 springs? Thanks in advance!

I suggest these rubber OEM type sway bar bushings.
On my second set of poly sway bushings. They seem to wear out in 18 months to 2 years (at least if you dont lube them regularly) possibly due to the width of the polys being about half what OEM rubber bushings are.

Since you're replacing both springs and shocks, and paying for OEM quality parts, I thought I'd leave this here..
