Lower Horizontal Grille

I have a spot in the lower grille right next to the passenger side fog lamp that I thought was broke out, but I was looking at it today it is molded that way and has two screw holes on the bottom. I have been looking online everywhere for this replacement part with no luck. Can someone shead some light on this?!!

I bought one from dealer before. I think it was $42, but you need to get it painted.
