I saw that on Craigslist here in Miami a while back I think. Welcome to South Florida, where we can butcher anything on wheels with the best of intentions (oversized rims, goofy paint jobs, ridiculous mods)... Good stuff.... I wonder how that conversation starts? "You know what would really look good??? A big old green gremlin on the back..."
