looking for tips on how to effectively sell a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC edition

(apologies for you enthusiasts who are members of other forums and see this as cross-posting)

My father-in law passed away just over a year ago and left behind a near-mint (I swear he wiped this thing down with a diaper on a regular basis) 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC edition car in bright toreador red with ~32k miles on it.

I've struggled to get a reasonable estimate from Kelly Blue Book and I have no idea what kind of market there may be for this; our priority is to get a fair price for it and to see it go to someone who'll appreciate it.

So, I guess my questions would be:

1. How can I figure out what the vehicle is worth?
2. Where would be the best places to post it for sale so that it gets sen by those who would appreciate it?

I'll add that I don't know what I don't know, so any input on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Sell it here in marketplace
And probably the widest would be on facebook and the facebook subs like mark viii marketplace
Mark viiis go from $500 to 20k depending on way to much to list but if near mint low mileage unmodified in my opinion it's around a $8000 in a salt state but probably only $4500 in a rust free state
