looking for HID install sticky :(

hey i am try to install some hids in my gen one. there was a nice write un that was a sticky for a while but now i cannot find it. does anybody know what i am talking about? i think the person who wrote it was "93 blue on blue" or somthing like that and was form england????? plz help!
