Anybody here from north east ohio and willing to give up some time on the weekend to help install some eibach springs or know of a good shop to have it done at. I have called around and most places wont install parts a customer brings with them. Custom work type shops seem to be few and far between up here :(

thats what I planned on doing but I dont have a spring compressor or any tools. I could borrow some from autozone, but Ive never done anything like this before. Was hoping to find someone who has or someone with a lift

well im planning to do this someday too, and i would get the tool from autozone, its easy to rent from them, and they give you the money back. YOU CAN DO THIS BY YOURSELF, or just bring to to a shop

or you and Jealous can do it together and finish each other's in the same day.....unless you're worried about getting butthurt

Getting tools isn't the issue. I'd just like to have someone who has done this type of install there to help as I am inexperienced with this. Thanks for being mature pete, not that I expected anything more from you

pete is really like 5 years old at heart, the only :q:q:q:q you gotta do it remove the strut 4 bolts under the hood, and the bold holding the strut into the control arm, then its just the spring part

Yea and when you do it dont pull off the lower control arms or anything, it can be done without removing them, thats part of my pita part, stupid decisions..

Good to know...Thanks for the info. If anyone else has any tips or has done it in the past let me know

Dont stand over them when your compressing and releasing the shock/spring..

 that would be good advice! I've put mine on and taken them off twice. Its not a big deal. I just borrow the compressor from autozone and go to town. I don't have a lift so I did the fronts then backs. If you really wanted to do this before winter....I would maybe just wait....but if you did I wouldn't mind helping but you would need to come to me. I'm in South East MI. Westland to be exact.
