Looking for '97 Heater Box

My mechanic said it wasn't the blend door actuator that was busted, but the formed/molded access on the heater box where the he actuator arm inserts, suggesting the previous owner tried to micky-mouse a fix and busted it. So, looking for a heater box for a '97. Any ideas and/or direction?
