Nooooooooooo, mine was doing the SAME EXACT THING BEFORE IT EXPLODED. I did change out 4 fuel injectors and that did cause the explosion but I changed out plugs, wires, IAC, fuel pump, fuel filter, PVC valve, coils, god the list goes on but it ran so good when cold and then after it warmed up, it would act like it was out of gas. The only thing I didn't get to was the crank position sensor and I still have it right here new in the box. If you do buy it, don't throw parts at it because it's a waste. You name it, I changed it except the EGR valve.

Now, here it is. Tommy, be quiet lol, don't throw a guess out on this one. :p

I swear, I racked my brain trying to figure it out and the only thing I could come up with was either a stopped up cat "out of three" but which? Kinda high priced to be replacing, especially the drivers side but we were really thinking the third cat.

Now I'll never know what it was and I know it was something simple but I never could hit the right part. With it being a 96, it should give a code to exactly what it is. I would really like to know because whatever is wrong with that one is the same thing that was wrong with mine. They described it exact. All I had to go by were flashing codes, not reliable but that one is OBDII and they could almost pinpoint the problem, where I couldn't. I'm glad I blew mine up because I was seriously losing sleep over that mess lol.
 
hell, next time i'll just tell them its broke, go burn it to the ground.

If it would ever quit raining, I can pull it out back and cover it up. I need to take the 95 away from the house and get a pic of it without that ugly piece of charcoal in the background. :D

My main concern with that car right now is the 98 trans I had just put in and the seats. Center console needs to come out too. They have new black carpet on ebay for $204 and I'm wondering if it's any good or not. I want to swap out the lite graphite to the black I already have out of two different cars. All the rain that has been here has most likely ruined my carpet. It rained the whole time I was down in Florida and had I known it was coming, I would have covered the car before I left. I was going to do it right when I got back but now it's too late.
 
I have a near perfect black carpet out of the 97. Not sure of fitment but if you want it, just tell me. It's taking up space in the shed. Lux can tell you that car was MINT inside. It was a shame to part it out in hindsight.

P.S. In the CL ad, are those chrome snowflakes? You can offer him $3-400 and sell the rims for that much if they are.

Checking with Jamie now for fitment. Think on it and PM me what you want for it if it does fit. He hasn't replied yet but I know mine is going to be ruined because it has seen maybe 2 dry days since I left this house to go get the car and since I have been back with it.

He just replied and said it would work but the console area was different. He didn't mention where. I have good carpet in the 93 to piece with if needed but can't use the entire piece because my dad cut it all up.

35758 is my zip code and like I said, think on it. I'm in no rush. I still have to get my garage built back lol. Insurance is taking their time about doing anything.
