Brought the 95 back to get it fixed,and they were out of loaners. I was expecting a VW with wore out tires. They did the right thing and rented a car. Not bad. Hope the repair goes as well.
And is that just the camera angle or are those bicycle tires on that 'Stang? They look real narrow.
It's kinda depressing that a base model stang can whoop up on my Mark, but my car is so much sleeker and rare.![]()
Touchy subject for me. It drives me up the wall knowing Ford's new V6 can leave us in the dust.
That's not even the strong one. The 3.5l Ecoboost makes 365 hp and 420 ft/lb in the F150 and the crate motor, would sit way back in the Mark VIII's engine compartment.
It would definitely help the center of gravity and weight distribution.

^Lol. 2013 5.0s run low to mid 12s bone stock. Get some DR's, tune, cai and you got a high 11 second car lmao
I hear all of this you guys, and the new Stangs are smokin' hot. BUT, I can look out my window and count a Mustang every three minutes. Yes, fast is intoxicating, but my car gives me goose bumps every time I just look at it. Mark VIIIs are luxury, our interiors ROCK and our engine bays are SO much nicer stock. One would expect newer cars to perform better, it's almost 2013 for heaven's sake! Don't be bummed about owning something so gorgeous and way ahead of its time. Give it a moment, it'll be a classic.
P.S. My car really wants to do that car V V V V :shifty::hump:
