My '00 Lincoln LS will not start, it cranks, has fuel but won't turn over. I took it for an oil change and during the oil change they started it and revved the motor for just a second or so and turned it off. Then they replaced the air filter in the front and then when I got in to leave it would not start. This is the first time I have had any kind of problem with it. Someone please help!!!!:(

some thoughts...

I had issues with my 2000 LS not starting.

First, I had a misfire, so I replaced the valve cover gasket and 8 coils and spark plugs.

I replaced all 4 oxygen sensors and the fuel filter.

I had a starting issue so I changed the Idle Air Control valve. However, my car still had issues starting after it was warm.

The injectors are on their way to be checked. I believe that I have a leaking injector.

I will give you the suggestion that was given to me - take the two bolts off of the IAC and clean the IAC, but be careful of the sensor. There is a round disc in there that sometimes sticks open.

See if this helps...
