Lincoln LS OEM Nav Conversion

Hey, this question has been asked here before but it was in like 2006. I was wonder what the process is for converting a base model ls to one with the nav, I know I need the trunk mounted dvd player but im wondering how to hook it up? Also yes im aware this is possibly the stupidest mod I can do to my LS but im trying to restore it to factory condition
